La page Ressources doit être visible dans le menu et sur le site, et quand on passe la souris sur Ressource, on vois les 3 sous menu.

Just a quick reminder that posts and responses in the forum should be in English. Regarding your question, you can easily do that by entering the Website editor, then clicking on the 'Site' option and selecting 'Menu Editor.'
Once you are in the menu editor, simply drag the 'Sales,' 'Marketing,' and 'Communication' menus to the right and below 'Resources'; this should create the submenus.
