I'm having a problem importing products into Odoo Online. When I import new products, some products already in the database disappear.
For example, if I already have 20 different products in the database, and I import 10 new products, some of the 20 existing products disappear.

Are you importing with external id which can lead to over writing of any existing products and loosing its product attributes ?
Just see your file whether it has id column in it, if yes drop it and try. Finally if the same is not getting solved, raise a ticket in: https://www.odoo.com/help
