My goal is to create a content where the attendees can submit a file and/or essay?
My expected result: When I create a Content, there are Types of "Essay" or "File".
My actual result: The only type where I assume that the attendees can give an input is only "Quiz". And, "Quiz" only have multiple choice.
So far, the feature you required is not available YET. Maybe in the next update.
I think "Quiz" is made to be very simple in assessment, hence the format is multiple choice.
But if you still have to feature upload file, there are TWO ways you can do it:
1. You are NOT a free user of Odoo
- Install a "Document Module" more info about it here.
2. You are a FREE user
- Create "a shared-folder link" from your cloud storage service (Google Drive/Dropbox/OneDrive/etc).
- Put the link on your content description.
- Your participants now can upload their answers through that link.
1. Use the live chat to ask your questions.
2. The operator answers within a few minutes.
